[ Setting the Stage ]
LIV Golf isn't just taking on traditional professional golf—they're completely reinventing how fans experience the sport. Their mission? Attract younger, more diverse fans from around the world. But they knew that new formats and high-energy events weren't enough. To really succeed long-term, they needed to create deeper emotional connections through personalized, rewarding experiences that turn casual viewers into die-hard fans.
Enter LIV X—a membership-driven loyalty platform designed to power next-gen fan engagement both digitally and at live events. LIV Golf realized that to grow sustainably, they needed to dramatically increase LIV X signups, keep fans engaged in their app and at events, and collect richer fan data to drive smarter marketing and partnerships.

[ The Winning Strategy ]
Our team developed a comprehensive fan engagement strategy designed to transform passive spectators into active participants at LIV Golf events. creating deep connections between fans, LIV Golf's teams and the players. Supercharging LIV X from a loyalty program to a fandom ecosystem, combining tech-driven experiences, with real-world fan moments, we created multiple touchpoints for engagement that rewards fan affinity while creating valuable data and monetization opportunities. This initiative doesnt just build community—it strengthened team affiliation and captured valuable new data on fan preferences.
Every point earned boosts personal scores while contributing to their chosen team's position, unlocking rewards like VIP upgrades, signed merchandise, and exclusive experiences. all culminating at the team finals where one fan will be crowned “battle of the fans winner”.

When you interact with us - whether checking scores, playing our games, or watching videos - we learn what gets you excited. This helps us send you stuff you'll actually care about instead of random messages.
The best part? This information helps our partners create experiences and offers you'll genuinely love. They can connect with you about things you're actually interested in, not just generic golf stuff.
We've already started rolling out many of these features at events in Adelaide, Miami and Mexico, and fans are loving it! We'll keep adding more cool features throughout the 2025 season.
